We will refunds or exchanges on any purchase from the Feline Felons Cat Cafe Cat Shop for 120 days from date of purchased.

For online and show sales:

1. Once the refund request is processed you will be issued a shipping return label.

2. Please carefully package the item up to ship back to the us.

3. When we receive the item back we will issue a refund for the entire purchase price.

   Instore Purchases:

4. Please bring the item to the cat shop for the staff to help you with your refund.
